SHIPPING INFO

STANDARD $7.95 SHIPPING

 Our standard methods of shipping is USPS.  Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping.(Business days for gummy products are Monday through Thursday, excluding observed holidays within the United States.) All orders received Thursday at 2pm CST - Sunday will not be shipped until, at the earliest, the following Monday. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Any orders being shipped outside the 
United States, including CanadaAlaska, or Hawaii will be shipped via USPS Priority Shipping. 

SHIPPING POLICY

  • All orders will be charged the same day they are placed. 
  • We will not be held responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address as a result of the customer's mistake or misspelling of the shipping address.
  • It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to make certain that he or she enters the address correctly. Please double-check the address you enter and make sure it is valid for shipments.

DO WE OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Currently, we do not offer Returns or Exchanges on orders. Due to our strict quality and safety protocols, we cannot resell any products that have left our warehouse. However, if you experience any issues with your product, please contact Customer Support at support@glogetters.com for assistance.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once your order is placed and processed, we're unable to edit the items in your order or fully cancel your order as we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. If you have any questions, please email our support team at support@glogetters.com— while we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations, we will do our best to help!
